About Me
Rich Atkinson is a Narrative Americana singer/song writer from the Southwest of England. Story songs with a jazz influence and a lyrical twist are Rich’s speciality, in the style of Tom Waits, Randy Newman and the acoustic side of Springsteen.

“I dig lyrics! whilst I am a singer and a musician, I really see myself as the narrator of a story and I kinda know when I’ve done my job when somebody wants to talk to me about a line in a song or the audience get a gag in the lyrics.”
Rich is joined by Rick Quintin on Tenor saxophone, currently the only permanent member of ‘The New Billionaires’.
